With multiple options to get you started on your sewing journey, even if you aren’t local to the Denton area, you CAN still have me as your instructor!
In Person Workshops
Our in person sewing workshops are currently hosted here in Denton, TX. All workshops include materials for the project, and machines are available upon request!

Crash Course in Sewing 2.0
February 20th
This class is a second sewing crash course where we will be diving into an easy and beginner friendly project, a reusable bag! This bag is great to toss in your purse, car, or backpack to have an on the go reusable bag. All materials will be provided!
Sewing Patterns 101
February 24th
We will be going over the basics of how to read a sewing pattern. We will explore grain lines, pattern symbols, how to choose your fabric and notions for each pattern, and how to measure yourself for your patterns. You may bring a pattern of your choice to go over in this class, or one will be provided for you in class. We will not be sewing in this class, just covering patterns!
Crash Course in Sewing 1.0
MArch 6th
Join us on March 9th as we learn to work with a sewing machine, walk through the in’s and out’s of setting up your sewing machine and sewing the basic seams. As we learn, we will make 3 stitch samples together.
Sew Along: Dress
March 19th
In this workshop we will be sewing with the Hubba Ding Charlie Dress pattern! This dress is as cute as can be and is a beginner friendly dress that will teach the following skills: facings, inserting sleeves and, gathering hemming.
Do I need to bring my own machine to workshops?
While having your own machine for workshops is highly suggested, we do have communal machines that you can use! When you check-out your tickets, just let us know if you’ll need a machine and one will be ready for you in class!
Will supplies be provided at workshops?
All workshops include materials, use of tools, and any required notions for the project.
What if I have to miss the workshop?
Please refer to the return and refund policy for the location of the workshop regarding missing the workshop.

Spring into sewing!
Private lessons for adults and children
Learn to sew on your own schedule! With spring schedules already filling up, now is the perfect time to add a fun after school activity to your child’s, and your own, calendar. With flexible scheduling and late night lessons, it’s never been easier to learn a new skill!
While we do encourage students who have their own machine to bring it, this is not a requirement.
